What's Our Process?

1. Initial enquiry from the client/ introducer to ourselves.

4. We propose the deal to the lender.

7. We then complete the application form and any other documents required by the lender.

10. Both the lender and the client instruct lawyers

2. We complete our proposal form with the client.

5. If the lender accepts, they will issue an ‘acceptance in principal’

8. A formal offer will be received from the lender. This is then signed by the client and sent to the lender

11. Completion

3. We identify a suitable lender for the deal.​

6. Client accepts the terms from the lender and signs them for us to send back to the lender.

9. Client accepts the terms from the lender and signs them for us to send back to the lender.

12. The deal has now completed!
